Influencer Partnership Manager Italy

David Kennedy Recruitment is supporting a leading online casino and iGaming provider in hiring an Italian-speaking Influencer / Partnership Manager to grow and manage local Instagram influencer partnerships for their online casino brand. The role is fully remote and offers an SLA agreement, with a base plus commission structure The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, recruiting and managing local influencers, streamers, creators and community partners. They will negotiate CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid and fixed-fee deals, onboard partners with tracking links and promo codes, monitor campaign performance, optimise partnerships and ensure all activity remains compliant with local advertising regulations. Ideal candidates will have experience in influencer marketing, affiliate management, partnership management or KOL management, ideally within iGaming, online casino, sportsbook, crypto casino, e-commerce, affiliate marketing or any other relevant field. Strong Italian market knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, fluent Italian and good English are advantageous. The role offers remote flexibility, autonomy to build the local market, performance-based commissions, one-time payments for successful activations, recurring monthly commission for strong long-term partnerships and uncapped earning potential based on campaign success.
