Job Title Location: Riverwoods, IL (5 days office, preferred local candidate) Overall - 8 years Vertical BankingJob Description Requirements and Backlog Management: Work with the Product Owner and stakeholders to gather and define requirements, translate them into user stories, and maintain the product backlog. Agile Facilitation: Participate in and facilitate Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure team alignment and smooth delivery. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication regarding product goals and progress. Payments Expertise: • Payment Settlements, Understanding & technical know-how of Maniframe & AWS stack • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of payment systems, including processes, regulations, and market trends, to identify opportunities and ensure compliance. Analysis and Problem-Solving: Analyze complex data and business processes to identify areas for improvement, troubleshoot issues, and provide data-driven recommendations. Testing and Validation: Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), review sprint results, and gather feedback to validate that the delivered solution meets business needs
