About Our Team
We are a strategic execution team dedicated to maximizing the value of a AAA game and expanding it across diverse formats.
Beyond discovering and executing new game projects, we connect our AAA title to new experiences across the full spectrum of transmedia, including video, publishing, music, merchandising, and brand collaborations. We are not a conventional business planning or production management organization. We define the direction of IP expansion, identify and connect the right creative partners, and drive multiple projects simultaneously at the franchise level.
Rather than treating each project as a standalone initiative, we aim to systematize how our AAA IP is translated into diverse media and experiences, building a repeatable framework for success both inside and outside of games.
Your Mission
As the Creative Owner of the IP Bible, you will lead the overall creative direction at the IP level and ensure a consistent experience across all touchpoints. This is not about managing art or narrative for individual products. It is about defining a clear Creative Vision for the world and tone, and applying that vision consistently to everything the IP touches.
You will share the creative decision burden with the Franchise Head, establishing standards and managing quality across all creative domains (narrative, art, music, and cinematics) grounded in the IP Bible. You will also serve as a Secondary Lead, advising and reviewing how each product team applies the IP Bible.
Creative oversight of the IP Bible: Serve as the final creative decision maker for all content produced based on the IP Bible
Content creation and management at the IP level: Define creative direction and manage quality across narrative, art, music, and cinematics from a holistic IP perspective, rather than on a product basis
IP Bible advisory and review: Advise product teams on how to apply the IP Bible and review creative deliverables to ensure alignment with IP standards
Creative alignment with EPD (Franchise Group Head): Collaborate with leadership to align creative direction and structure decision making
External partner creative guidance: Deliver IP creative guidelines to external developers and partners, and review their deliverables
Creative expansion: Explore new creative possibilities for the IP and establish standards for emerging formats such as media mix and brand collaborations
Requirements
Able to travel internationally without restriction
10+ years of creative leadership experience in game or media IP
Ability to define direction and judge quality across the full creative spectrum, including world building, narrative, and visual identity
Integrative perspective and communication skills spanning multiple creative domains (art, narrative, music, video, etc)
Experience delivering creative guidelines to and reviewing work from external developers or partners
Ability to structure and present creative rationale and options to senior decision makers
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading creative direction for a global game IP
Multilingual communication skills (English, Mandarin, or other languages)
Experience building or operating an IP Bible or World Bible
Experience expanding IP creatively beyond games into other media (video, publishing, music, etc.)
Experience maintaining creative consistency across multiple concurrent projects
Experience in creative direction at the franchise or universe level
