Salary: $150K/yr - $220K/yr Why Join Us: Role Responsibilities • Design and build mission-critical infrastructure for agent memory, logging, security, and observability • Write robust Python (and some TypeScript) to power low-latency, fault-tolerant, agentic workflows that can recover from UI changes and session timeouts • Build the communication layer that allows AI Teammates to pro-actively flag exceptions and collaborate with humans in real-time • Own the end-to-end reliability of agents navigating 'messy' legacy software without APIs • Make key decisions on testing, CI/CD, and monitoring pipelines from scratch • Work on a platform designed to scale across diverse industries—from Healthcare and Insurance to Finance and beyond Qualifications Required • Proficiency with Python (async, testing, deployment) and modern development tooling is essential • You have built and maintained production systems end-to-end—from initial architecture to deployment and refactor • You enjoy ambiguous environments where you are trusted to figure out the 'how' and 'why.' • You understand the trade-offs in system design and can build systems that are simple yet resilient • You approach code with a sense of ownership, urgency, and comfort with the 'chaos' of a 0-to-1 startup Preferred • Experience with agentic frameworks, browser automation (Playwright/Puppeteer), or web-scraping at scale • Experience in secure data processing (SOC 2, HIPAA environments) • Prior startup/founding experience or significant open-source contributions How can I join Jobright TNT: If this is your first time applying to a Jobright TNT role, the process works as follows: 1.
