Wedbush Securities is seeking candidates for an Investment Banking Analyst position with our Financial Institutions Real Estate (FIRE) team in our New York City office. Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To • Provide transaction support to senior bankers on a broad range of corporate finance transactions including IPOs, secondary offerings, private placements, mergers & acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and valuations. • Manage several concurrent projects and work effectively as part of a team or individually • Prepare client presentations • Perform due diligence • Financial analysis and modeling • Assist in preparation of company marketing and transactions materials • Interact with clients during presentations and deal executions • Performs other tasks and duties as required and assigned Experience And Skills • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University, preferably in Business or other related field • 1+year experience as an IB Analyst with a focus on Financial/Banks/Real Estate preferred • Active 79 & 63 Licenses preferred, but will be required upon hire • Excellent quantitative/math skills and agility with numbers • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize daily work flow • Requires high degree of accuracy and attention to detail • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment • Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint What We Offer What Wedbush Offers You As part of our overall compensation package, Wedbush Securities offers an array of diverse benefits to all our colleagues.
