At Disney Experiences Technology, our team creates world-class immersive and digital experiences for the Company’s vacation brands, Disney’s Parks and Resorts worldwide, Disney Cruise Line, Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, and Disney Vacation Club. The Disney Experiences Technology team is responsible for the end-to-end digital and physical Guest experience for all technology & digital-led initiatives across the Attractions & Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Resorts & Transportation, and Merchandise lines of business as well as other initiatives including the MyDisneyExperience app and Hey, Disney! The Senior Product Manager will play a pivotal role in guiding the strategic direction of digitally-driven commerce initiatives within Disney Experiences Technology (DXT). This team is accountable for product strategy, concept development, and the definition and execution of these initiatives in collaboration with key stakeholders and partners. The Senior Product Manager's primary focus will be on enhancing Disneyland Resort (DLR) Tickets, Magic Key, and Park Reservations digital experiences and backend services. Responsibilities include close coordination with operations, design, analytics, development, and executive teams to deliver products to market and drive business growth for DXT. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, excels in a matrixed organization, and demonstrates expertise in integrating diverse technologies and capabilities to produce high-quality products and applications that meet Guest expectations. This position sits in the Digital Experience Technology (DXT) division on the Commerce team, reports to the Sr. Manager, Product Management and works closely with the Disney business and commercial teams. What You’ll Do Support the team with documentation, industry research, reporting/analytics, project logistics, testing, and general coordination of feature launches/enhancements Work with development teams by ensuring they have a deep understanding of the product objectives and priority, and helping the teams translate the product concepts into user stories, epics and other appropriate product deliverables (e.g., project briefs, scope/requirement documents, Guest-prioritized needs, etc.) Partner with key stakeholders (creative, pricing, revenue management, marketing, sales, operations, legal, etc.) to build and manage scope expectations as well as across other product lines/destinations/brands within DXT to ensure a seamless Guest experience across touch points Required Qualifications & Skills 5+ years of experience working in the digital industry, preferably with experience delivering experiences for mobile app as well as web 5+ years of product management experience Experienced Product Owner, leading development teams to deliver business value with input from many stakeholders Champion the digital experience, advocating on the Guest's behalf, and working diligently to create a first-class experience for Disney Guests Proven analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop project business cases Proven ability to collaborate with and achieve actionable results through others, plus the ability to build strong and sustainable relationships, and the capability to interact within all levels of the organization Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to communicate and influence decision making with all levels in the organization (business, executive, technical) Experience identifying, defining, and addressing technical, user and business issues in a fast-moving organization Experience with Agile software development methodology Required Education Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience #DISNEYTECH The hiring range for this position in Glendale, CA is $141,900 to $193,300 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
