Role: AI Product Manager with Retirement/Wealth domain Location: Hartford, CT or Boston, MA Key Skills: Product Management, AI/ML, retirement/wealth domain, LLM, Agentic AI Experience: 10+ years Mode of Hire: Full Time Skills Required: Product Leadership: 8+ years in product management, including 4+ years in AI/ML products with ownership of full product lifecycle. Delivery Track Record: Proven experience shipping AI products to production with measurable adoption and outcomes. Strategic Ownership: Operated at lead/principal level, independently defining product strategy and roadmap. Regulated Domain Experience: Built products in financial/healthcare environments, handling compliance and legal processes. Stakeholder Influence: Ability to influence senior (VP+) stakeholders without direct authority. Strong AI Expertise: Hands-on with LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, model evaluation, and experimentation frameworks. Technical & Data Fluency: Comfortable with APIs, architecture, SQL, data pipelines, and AI tooling (Copilot, etc.). Domain Expertise (Mandatory): Deep knowledge of retirement/wealth domain, including ERISA, SECURE 2.0, participant behavior, and investment products.
