Your Opportunity, Your Team The Vice President of Creative supports Frontgate and Grandin Road. In this senior leadership role, you'll set the creative direction and deliver inspiring, on-brand work across print and digital-helping drive growth and performance through compelling storytelling, design, and customer experience. You will report directly to the SVP Grandin Road Brand and Cinmar Operations. Where You'll Work This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at our West Chester, Ohio office once or twice a month. What You'll Do • Own the creative vision and ensure consistent brand expression across channels. • Lead omni-channel creative for catalogs/direct mail, e-commerce, email, and digital marketing, plus retail and brand collateral as needed. • Partner closely with Marketing, Merchandising, E-Commerce, and Stores to deliver customer-relevant campaigns that support business goals. • Set creative standards (style guides, tone, visual systems) and uphold high-quality execution. • Oversee concept development, art direction, copy, photography direction, and production—ensuring schedules and deliverables stay on track. • Build, mentor, and lead a multi-disciplinary creative team; create clear workflows and strong collaboration. • Use performance insights to continually improve creative effectiveness. What You'll Bring • Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience). • 10+ years of creative leadership experience; home/lifestyle category experience is a plus. • Proven success leading teams and delivering creative for e-commerce/digital and print/catalog environments. • Strong background in concepting, design, photography direction, and production (including print production/prepress). • A portfolio that shows brand-building, performance-minded creative, and excellent craft. Tools & technical • Advanced Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) on Mac; comfortable with MS Office/Outlook. • Working knowledge of web fundamentals, digital asset needs, and performance optimization. • Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript and SEO is helpful.
