This team defines the strategy, systems, and processes that keep our hiring engine running with the highest quality, and this role sits at the center of that work.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own the end-to-end design and implementation of selection and assessment programs, building the frameworks, rubrics, and calibration processes that drive consistent, high-quality hiring decisions across Coinbase</li> <li>Lead cross-functional program execution with COEs including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, People Analytics, and HR Tech, managing detailed project plans, stakeholder alignment, and delivery timelines for concurrent initiatives</li> <li>Build scalable interviewer enablement programs that strengthen how hiring teams evaluate candidates, including scorecard design, structured interview methodology, and bias-reduction practices</li> <li>Drive the change management strategy for new selection and assessment programs, owning stakeholder alignment, enablement materials, communications, and adoption tracking to ensure frameworks land consistently across teams</li> <li>Partner with People Analytics to define success metrics for selection programs, using data to validate assessment effectiveness, identify gaps, and iterate on evaluation criteria</li> <li>Shape the methodology behind talent evaluation by researching and piloting new assessment tools, techniques, and vendor solutions, establishing a framework for experimentation and continuous improvement</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills and Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>7+ years of experience in HR program management, talent operations, or HR/people-focused management consulting, with demonstrated ability to design structured frameworks, move at speed, and ship programs that change how organizations operate</li> <li>Proven track record managing multiple concurrent cross-functional programs from concept through execution, with demonstrated ability to build detailed project plans, hold stakeholders accountable, and deliver measurable outcomes</li> <li>Experience building or redesigning structured interview processes, assessment rubrics, or evaluation frameworks at a technology company</li> <li>Fluency in using data to validate program effectiveness, including defining KPIs, analyzing hiring outcomes, and translating findings into actionable recommendations for senior leadership</li> <li>Strong preference for background in industrial-organizational psychology, psychometrics, or applied research methods, with experience applying selection science to talent evaluation design</li> <li>Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality</li> </ul> <p><em>Position ID: P77780</em></p> <p><em>#LI-Remote</em></p> <div id="fortidlp-input-element-parent"></div><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p><strong>Pay Transparency Notice:</strong><strong><em> </em></strong>Base salary varies by location (see range below).
