Human Resources Manager

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Human Resources Manager and lead the strategic direction of our human capital initiatives. In this vital role, you will oversee all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with employment and labor laws. Your energetic approach will foster a positive workplace culture, promote organizational growth, and ensure that our HR practices align with business objectives. Responsibilities • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, including workforce planning and organizational design. • Lead talent acquisition efforts by managing HR sourcing, recruiting processes, and onboarding procedures like employee orientation and training & development programs. • Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts effectively, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and employment law standards. • Administer benefits programs including health insurance, workers' compensation, payroll processing • Drive HR projects to support scalable growth. Experience • Proven experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of human capital management principles. • Demonstrated expertise in employment & labor law compliance, OSHA standards, and conflict management strategies. • Hands-on experience with HRIS systems a plus • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across departments and with external partners. • Prior experience in talent acquisition, employee orientation programs, performance evaluation processes, and benefits administration is essential. • Knowledge of workforce management tools will be considered an asset for success in this role. This position is largely remote with a few days in the office a month as necessary and on-site client visits for our employees. Currently this is part time with the plan to expand to full time with in the next year. Hours are flexible and revolve around meeting availability and onboarding new hires who are usually available after 4pm and weekends We are looking for someone with 3-5 years experience who intends to increase their time with us as we grow Priority will be given to candidates with demonstrated experience over academic credentials. Familiarity with evolving HR regulations and compliance requirements is highly desirable. This role may involve international travel; candidates with a current passport are strongly preferred.
