District Sales Manager Job Summary of District Sales Manager: This role involves driving sales, managing payroll, recruiting and training staff, controlling expenses, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The District Sales Manager also coordinates store openings, operations, and closing procedures during the seasonal period from July through November. Job Duties and Responsibilities of District Sales Manager: • Manage and support multiple store locations, ensuring sales targets and operational goals are met. • Oversee recruiting, hiring, and training of store employees to maintain a productive team environment. • Control payroll, expenses, and shrinkage to maximize profitability across assigned stores. • Lead store construction, setup, and merchandising for seasonal openings and closing/tear down activities. • Maintain strong employee relations and address any staffing or operational issues promptly. • Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies in all locations. Qualifications and Experience of District Sales Manager: • Minimum of 2 to 5 years of supervisory experience managing multiple retail locations. • Ability to work a flexible schedule including long hours standing, walking, and performing physical tasks. • Must be at least 21 years of age. • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. • Comfortable with physical demands such as climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds, and setting up store fixtures.
