Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. • 8 years of experience in program or project management. • Experience leveraging automation for process engineering. • Experience with data analytics. Preferred Qualifications: • 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. • Experience working with business and technical cross function partners across to drive complex cross-team growth and AI long term strategic and transformational initiatives. • Experience leveraging AI to promote digital transformation. • Demonstrated ability to think logically and work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, influencing and communicating cross-functionally and cross-geographically with all levels of management. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $189,000-$274,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities: • Orchestrate the transition from manual-heavy review to AI-native ecosystems. Serve as the resident expert on current as-is state processes. Deconstruct legacy workflows and architect a to-be strategy that maximizes efficiency and scale without compromising the integrity of our safety policies. • Navigate complex, global initiatives by unifying Product, Engineering, and Policy teams. Ensure advanced AI solutions are seamlessly integrated into high-stakes moderation workflows. • Liaison between policy experts and technical teams. Convert complex policy nuances into scalable requirements for model training, prompt engineering, and expert labeling systems.
