Your daily focus includes: • Outbound Engagement: Execute high-volume outbound calls to existing and potential customers with enthusiasm and authority. • Appointment Setting: Master the art of the "close" by turning a conversation into a firmly booked service appointment. • Retention Excellence: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and resolve any concerns with professional poise. • Value-Based Selling: Educate customers on their vehicle’s needs and overcome objections to ensure they prioritize their service visit. • Database Management: Maintain an organized CRM, ensuring every lead is tracked and every follow-up is executed with precision. • KPI Ownership: Collaborate with the Service Manager to hit daily and weekly booking targets and conversion goals.
