Job Details: Senior Paralegal- Appellate 120-150K, Hybrid Liberty Personnel is partnered with a TOP AM 50 Law Firm seeking a Senior Appellate Paralegal to join their team. Responsibilities: • Assist with the drafting, editing, and formatting of legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and briefs. • Review documents for accuracy and completeness. • Organize and maintain electronic and physical case files. • Prepare and distribute correspondence to clients, opposing parties, and the court. • Summarize and organize findings for use by attorneys. • Assist with the preparation of legal arguments and case strategies. Qualifications: • 6+ years of Paralegal experience in a large to mid size law firm. • 4+ years of Appellate experience. • Bachelor's degree and Paralegal Certificate required.
