Kyra is a profitable, fast-growing (~£30M revenue) AI-powered influencer marketing agency with ~31 people, remote-first with a London hub. This person will focus on SEO and paid acquisition (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and should be someone who naturally integrates AI tools into their marketing workflow — reflecting Kyra's deeply tech-forward, AI-native culture. Criteria weighting: AI Fluency (30%), Growth Marketing Skills (25%), B2B/Services Context (15%), Seniority Fit (15%), Location (10%), Mutual Fit (5%).
