Syndicate Loan Product Owner (New York)

Capital Markets Product Owner with deep syndicated loan domain expertise. Position Overview: Looking for a seasoned Syndicate Loan Product Owner with deep expertise in Capital Markets and syndicate loan products, who can partner directly with stakeholders to shape requirements and deliver impactful product features. The ideal candidate brings strong IB workflow knowledge combined with emerging AI/GenAI capabilities to drive innovation, while aligning technology delivery with business strategy through effective product roadmap execution. Job Description: • 10+ years experience of overall IT experience • 5 years of experience in Capital Markets products • 5 years experience in syndicate loans and related topics • Demonstrated experience in shaping requirements for a large IB, working directly with business • Developing product features list, requirements, and specifications • 1 year’s experience in AI/ GenAI based approached Good to have: • Advanced Finance degree or CFA Level 1 charter holder • Familiarity with dealing platforms and market data providers • Expertise in creating Product Roadmaps, OKRs • Previous IB Trading experience is highly preferred but not mandatory
