Founding CTO/Lead Developer

Company Description OMINEX provides a no-code platform for building and managing regulated tokens. Serving businesses, fund managers, and financial institutions, the platform enables the issuance of compliant security tokens and offers a branded investor portal without requiring extensive development work. With support for tokenizing diverse asset classes like real estate, private equity, and commodities, OMINEX automates compliance tasks such as KYC/AML checks and transfer compliance. The platform is built on a patented, institutional-grade foundation, empowering users to focus entirely on their offerings. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for the Founding Chief Technology Officer (CTO)/Lead Developer, based in West Palm Beach, FL with some flexibility for remote work. As a foundational team member, you will take over management and development of the existing OMINEX platform, overseeing architecture, IT strategy, software development, and product evolution. You will collaborate cross-functionally to align technical initiatives with business goals, manage technical teams, and ensure the platform’s scalability, security, and compliance. The role includes a combination of hands-on development and strategic leadership. Qualifications • Proficiency in Software Development, with experience in scalable architecture and hands-on coding • Strong expertise in IT Strategy and systems Architecture • Proven ability in Project Management and leadership of technical teams • Experience in Product Development and lifecycle management • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to execute in fast-paced, iterative environments • Familiarity with blockchain technologies, tokenization, and compliance frameworks is highly desirable • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred) • Ability to work both on-site in West Palm Beach, FL, and remotely as required
