Full Stack Software Engineer, AI Native

JOB DESCRIPTION Insight Global is seeking a Software Engineer, AI Native for a top technology driven services client. This candidate will be a core contributor on a modern software engineering team, building and maintaining full-stack features across enterprise platforms. The role blends traditional software engineering with an AI native, agentic delivery model where AI tools assist with code generation and testing, while engineers maintain full ownership of quality, architecture, and decision making. This is an exciting opportunity for a forward thinking engineer who enjoys leveraging AI tools, collaborating cross functionally, and delivering impactful, production ready solutions at scale DAY-TO-DAY: • Design and build full-stack features across Libra’s platforms • Develop backend services using C#, ASP.NET Core, EF Core, and SQL • Build and maintain frontend components using React or Angular • Write and maintain unit and integration tests • Participate in peer code reviews and incorporate feedback • Contribute to Azure DevOps CI/CD and deployment workflows • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues • Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery • Review, validate, and refine AI-generated code before release • Collaborate closely with Product, QE, stakeholders, and offshore developers REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE • 2+ years of professional software development experience • Strong proficiency in C# and ASP.NET Core • Experience with Entity Framework Core • Hands-on experience with SQL Server or Azure SQL • Working knowledge of React or Angular • Experience with Git-based source control and pull request workflows • Familiarity with Azure DevOps • Experience in CI/CD pipelines and agile environments • Hands-on use of AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, Azure OpenAI) • Ability to critically review AI-generated code for correctness, security, and architecture • Authorized to work in the U.S. NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE • Experience working in an agentic engineering or AI-native development model • Exposure to offshore development collaboration • Strong prompt-engineering skills for AI development tools • Background in full-stack, end-to-end feature delivery • Experience supporting and troubleshooting production systems • Prior work in healthcare, legal tech, or fintech environments Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 USD annually.
