Description

Job Description The Product Management Advisor supports product strategy, readiness, and go-to-market execution for Pathwell Specialty and related medical specialty solutions. This role is responsible for translating business needs into actionable plans, coordinating across a vast network of cross-functional partners, supporting Client and Sales Teams, and ensuring timely responses to PBAB/GTM inquiries. The Product Management Advisor drives product enablement, strengthens operational readiness, and ensures seamless end-to-end product delivery across the enterprise. Success requires strong collaboration across Sales/Account Teams, Client Services, Contracting, Clinical, IT, Marketing, RFP, Go‑to‑Market, Finance, Delivery, and Communications. The Advisor must effectively manage competing priorities, work comfortably in ambiguity, proactively identify risks and opportunities that drive product adoption and enhance product performance. Responsibilities • Lead Go-to-Market and PBAB response processes; ensuring accurate and timely response to requests and inquiries. • Serve as a central coordination point for routing inquiries to the right channels and streamlining requests. • Identify requirements and ensure timely and compliant implementation of new product benefits. • Develop, refresh, and maintain client/broker resources and internal product collateral, including KnowledgeExchange and Allego. • Provide Sales/Account Team support through training sessions, client reporting, and ongoing product inquiries. • Proactively identify, assess, and escalate product gaps and opportunities based on sales feedback, competitive intelligence, and client insights. • Develop and communicate clear, senior level talking points and simply complex topics for multiple audiences. • Maintain organized tracking for PBAB responses, exceptions, project progress, risks, and operational dependencies. • Respond to RFP questions as needed and maintain product library content. • Effectively advance key initiatives in a complex environment, applying strong prioritization and time management skills. • Foster strong cross-functional relationships through clear and consistent communication. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to overcome challenges, clarify requirements, and ensure alignment for successful product delivery. • Demonstrate curiosity to understand how and why existing processes operate, using insights to drive client adoption, enhance product performance and inspire new ideas. Ideal Candidates Will Have a Combination Of The Following • Bachelor's degree required; MBA (or equivalent experience) preferred • 4+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, GTM, or business development • Experience or working knowledge of medical specialty drugs • Working knowledge of pharmacy and medical benefits preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including demonstrated ability to quickly translate ideas and insights into presentation ready documents • Demonstrated decision making capability and ability to work independently • Excellent meeting facilitation, documentation, and organizational skills • Demonstrated ability to execute on multiple projects simultaneously and excel in a results-oriented environment • Strong PowerPoint and excel skills • Highly motivated with strong interpersonal skills If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 94,900 - 158,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
