The Growth Hacks & Operations role is a hands‑on execution role responsible for rapidly deploying, optimizing, and scaling growth initiatives across digital channels and customer touchpoints. This role focuses on turning ideas into action—owning growth tools, workflows, experiments, partners onboarding and operational execution to drive measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
• Growth Execution & Optimization
• Execute growth initiatives across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention journeys
• Launch and optimize campaigns, journeys, and in-product growth tactics in partnership with Marketing and Product teams
• Continuously test messaging, channels, offers, and user flows to improve conversion and engagement
• Identify quick-win growth opportunities and implement them with speed
• Experimentation Operations
• Operationalize A/B tests and pilots across web, app, CRM, and digital platforms
• Manage experiment setup, tracking, QA, and post-test analysis
• Ensure clean execution and reliable data collection for all growth experiments
• Maintain experiment logs, learnings, and performance benchmarks
• Tools, Platforms & Automation
• Own day-to-day operations of growth and martech tools (CRM, CDP, marketing automation, experimentation platforms)
• Build and maintain automated workflows, triggers, and journeys to support growth programs
• Partner with Data and Engineering teams to improve tracking, tagging, and data quality
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve execution efficiency
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Marketing, Product, Revenue and Regional teams to execute growth initiatives
• Translate growth strategies into clear operational plans and tasks
• Support regional rollouts of growth programs with playbooks and operational guidance
• Performance Tracking & Reporting
• Monitor growth KPIs and campaign performance on an ongoing basis
• Surface insights, anomalies, and optimization opportunities quickly
• Provide clear and actionable performance updates to growth stakeholders
Key Skills & Experience
• 3–7 years of experience in growth operations, digital marketing operations, or lifecycle operations
• Strong execution experience with CRM, marketing automation, and experimentation tools
• Data‑literate with the ability to interpret dashboards and performance metrics
• Strong attention to detail, operational rigor, and follow‑through
• Experience in healthcare, med‑tech, or regulated industries is a plus
• Success Measures

• Improvement in conversion, engagement, and retention metrics
• Reliability and scalability of growth operations and workflows
• Adoption and effectiveness of automated growth programs
