Job Title: Black Belt – Data Science skills set Mandatory
Location: Denver, CO (Onsite – 5 Days/Week)

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Data Scientist with an active Black Belt certification (Lean Six Sigma) to join our team in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and process improvement using the DMAIC framework, along with hands-on experience working with R for advanced analytics.
This role requires someone who is not only technically strong but also actively applying Black Belt methodologies in real-world business scenarios to drive measurable improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Apply DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) methodology to solve complex business problems
• Develop and implement statistical models using R for data-driven decision-making
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes and efficiencies
• Lead and support process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma principles
• Present findings and actionable insights to business stakeholders
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance standards
Required Qualifications:
• Active Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (Mandatory)
• Strong hands-on experience with DMAIC framework
• Proficiency in R programming for statistical modeling and analysis
• Experience in data science, predictive analytics, and process optimization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in machine learning and advanced analytics
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other data tools is a plus
• Prior experience working in onsite, client-facing environments
