Senior Health Care Professional Brand Manager Position: Major Tasks Outcomes: The HCP Marketing Manager will lead and execute the HCP Marketing Capability & Planning for the US CH business. This individual is responsible for the end-to-end delivery-from high-level brand strategies to the hands-on execution of all professional tactics-. and translation of the enterprise brand building framework, TB4L, into local application. This role acts as the bridge between medical rigor and commercial growth, supporting Brand Teams to driveHCP recommendations of CH brands.Outputs and Responsibilities: -Strategic leadership & Capability Development:-Lead the development and implementation of HCP strategy, ensuring alignment with overall brand goals and financial objectives.-Determine the optimal HCP marketing mix to support brand objectives.-Lead relationships with experts, agency and industry partners, leveraging their insights to develop and strengthen plans-Coach brand marketers who support activation of HCP programs for each brand-Apply all phases of TB4L into local efforts and enable continual improvement for future evolution-Integration of training with real time coaching and applied learning-Scaling HCP capability consistently across brands and teams-Coaching teams on HCP investment choices, activation intensity, and ROI-Execution & Project Management-Lead the end-to-end e
