Founding Product Designer (UX/ UI)

We’re building an AI-native product that helps businesses automate complex content and marketing workflows. We’re a small team of founders, engineers, and builders who care deeply about creating products that people genuinely love using. Now we’re looking for our first designer, not to join a design team but to become part of the founding team. What we are looking for We’re not hiring based on years of experience. We’re hiring based on taste. We care more about your eye for design, creativity, product intuition, and obsession with user experience than the number of companies on your CV. You might be self-taught. You might have spent years designing products. You might have built your own projects. What matters is your ability to create experiences that feel simple, elegant, and delightful. We want someone who can look at a product and immediately see how it can be clearer, smoother, and more intuitive. Someone who cares deeply about the details. Someone who believes that great design is often invisible.
