Description
Our client, a leading global financial services firm is seeking a Senior Recruiter and regional lead to own talent acquisition efforts across the Americas. As part of a global team (the firm has a total global headcount is just over 1000), this high-impact individual contributor role offers strong visibility and the opportunity to shape and modernize recruiting practices within a growing organization. Known for its great culture and stability, the firm is seeking a recruiter who will work across a wide array of verticals, offering industry depth in the financial services (filling roles such as compliance, trade operations, tech/engineers, risk, administration, etc.)
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for ~15-20 open roles at various stages in their process
• Develop and execute tailored sourcing and search strategies
• Advise and partner closely with senior stakeholders, build positive and supporting relationships to help drive hiring outcomes
• Balance direct sourcing with effective use of trusted agency partners
• Help elevate and evolve TA processes and systems as part of ongoing modernization efforts
Qualifications:
• 8 or more years proven experience recruiting within financial or highly aligned professional services
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities with keen attention to detail and data centric approach
• Credible, relationship-driven, and proactive. Eager to problem solve and innovate for the future. A creative and entrepreneurial approach
Additional Details:
• Hybrid work model (3 days/week in Midtown NYC)
• Part of a collaborative, global TA team within a stable, growing firm
