Role Description As the Director of Operations, you will oversee the daily operations of the company, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, managing budgets, optimizing operational workflows, and leading and mentoring a diverse team. You will play a pivotal role in driving performance improvements, fostering a results-driven culture, and maintaining strong client relationships. This is a full-time, remote position with opportunities to make a significant impact across the organization. Qualifications Proficiency in Operations Management, with the ability to streamline processes and ensure regulatory compliance Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving, decision-making, and analyzing operational metrics Experience in Team Management, including leadership, mentoring, and fostering collaboration Expertise in Budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation Exceptional Customer Service skills with a focus on delivering client-centric solutions Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred) Experience in the waste management, logistics, or environmental services sector is a plus
