We are the Financial Enablement team, acting as the centralized data analytics team for Internal System Org. Enable and empower F&amp;S, GTM, Accounting, Product teams to achieve business goals, through dataset development, data analytics support, dashboards, AI, and operation efficiency enhancements.</p> <h2><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h2> <h3><strong>Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Perform data analysis, identify trends, conduct research, build visualizations, all to deliver objective, critical insights that fulfill team stakeholders’ business needs&nbsp;</li> <li>Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance &amp; Strategy, Accounting, Product, Tax, User billing, Seller System, and Sales Ops teams, to align on financial goals and drive revenue growth</li> <li>Be the data strategy partner for our business stakeholders</li> <li>Reconcile complex dataset across complex finance systems</li> <li>Coordinate cross-functional projects to identify and drive operational efficiencies that support our stakeholders ability to run more efficiently and effectively</li> <li>Work closely with Engineering and Product teams to help define product solutions&nbsp;</li> <li>Leverage AI tools to improve team work efficiency</li> <li>Conduct internal knowledge sharing sessions to strengthen team&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Who you are</strong></h2> <p>You’re passionate about solving business problems and making a direct impact on business. You thrive in environments with many moving parts and quickly pick up new domain knowledge and technologies (e.g. AI). We’re seeking someone with excellent communication and advanced SQL/analytics abilities. Strong background in Accounting/Finance or prior AI experience is highly preferred, though these can also be developed on the job.</p> <h3><strong>Minimum requirements</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in STEM major (i.e. Computer Science, Math, Stat, Engineering, etc.) and 4+ years of prior working experience in data analysis fields</li> <li>Strong analytical ability, proficiency with SQL (minimum of 3 years advanced SQL) and strong understanding of data relationships</li> <li>Experience working with extremely large datasets</li> <li>Outstanding communication skills</li> <li>Expertise working cross-functionally to drive business and operational goals&nbsp;</li> <li>Excellent project management skills&nbsp;</li> <li>Domain knowledge in Finance/Accounting/GTM</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Preferred qualifications</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Experience working in fast-paced environments (e.g. high-growth fintech/tech company, management consulting)</li> <li>Experience working with PM, Engineers, GTM, Accounting Team or Finance Team</li> <li>Experience working with financial datasets</li> <li>Experience with visualization tools</li> <li>Experience with AI tools (Claude Code, Kai, etc.)</li> <li>Domain knowledge in FinTech Products</li> <li>Qualification in Accounting/Finance or CPA/CFA certification</li> </ul>
