Description
For our client, we are seeking a GTM AI Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $141,313 – $191,188 annually
Responsibilities
Lead the transformation of GTM processes using AI-enabled workflows
Design and implement standardized, measurable operating patterns
Build reliable integrations across GTM systems to improve data quality
Establish an operating cadence for AI/automation in GTM teams
Monitor and ensure trust in automation processes and outcomes
Define success metrics for workflows in collaboration with Analytics
Drive stakeholder adoption through training and change management
Qualifications
5+ years in RevOps / GTM Engineering / Sales Ops Engineering
Strong hands-on ability to build automations and integrations
Advanced SQL skills for analytics engineering
Practical experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Snowflake, Power BI
Proven ability to translate GTM goals into actionable build specs
Experience driving cross-functional collaboration
Understanding of GenAI/agent concepts and their governance
