Director of Sales
Midtown Manhattan / Nassau County, Long Island
Base Salary: $125,000 – $135,000 + Commission (OTE $160K–$200K+)
Corporate Coffee Systems is a leading refreshment, micro-market, and workplace services provider across the tri-state area. We’ve built a strong client base and reputation over time, and are now focused on bringing more structure, visibility, and performance consistency to our sales organization.
We are looking for a hands-on Director of Sales who can step into an established team and elevate performance through better pipeline management, accountability, and execution.
The Opportunity
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure within a growing organization. You will work directly with the CEO to improve pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and overall sales performance, while coaching and holding the team accountable to clear expectations.
What You’ll Do
• Partner with the CEO to drive revenue growth and sales strategy
• Bring structure and consistency to pipeline management and CRM usage
• Establish clear performance expectations and accountability across the team
• Improve forecasting accuracy and visibility into revenue
• Coach and develop sales representatives to improve performance
• Identify opportunities to expand within existing accounts and new markets
• Strengthen sales processes to support scalability and consistency
• Provide regular, clear reporting on pipeline, performance, and results
What We’re Looking For
• 7–10+ years of sales leadership experience
• Proven ability to improve team performance and drive revenue growth
• Strong experience with CRM systems, pipeline management, and forecasting
• Comfortable operating in a hands-on, evolving environment
• Ability to bring structure, accountability, and consistency to a sales team
• Experience in distribution, workplace services, food & beverage, or related industries is a plus
Compensation & Structure
• Base Salary: $125,000 – $135,000
• Commission / bonus structure
• On-target earnings in the $160K–$200K+ range
• Hybrid schedule between Midtown Manhattan and Long Island
