Job Summary: As an NPD Manager, you will lead the development and execution of new product innovation programs, including core innovations, fragrance/flavor extensions, limited-life offerings, merchandising programs, and blue-sky concepts. You will create, track, and manage development timelines while overseeing all aspects of the product development process, including brief development, formula creation, packaging and creative execution, BOM creation, and production handoffs. You will also support the NPD team's operational excellence through the maintenance of key reports, dashboards, and team documentation. As the primary point of contact for your programs, you will partner cross-functionally to drive projects from concept through commercialization in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Responsibilities: Develop, manage, and enforce new item timelines that align with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Packaging, Operations, and Supply Chain objectives. Lead and facilitate cross-functional meetings to track project milestones, review progress, and resolve issues. Provide regular updates on launch status, key KPIs, program risks, and escalation items to stakeholders and leadership. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Packaging, Design, and Operations to support product innovation and merchandising initiatives. Maintain key NPD reports, dashboards, calendars, and project documentation to ensure accurate and timely communication. Collaborate with Packaging and the BOM Analyst to create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) within the system of record. Drive alignment on stage-gate deliverables and cross-functional decisions to ensure successful project execution. Capture and share project learnings, while identifying opportunities to improve processes and drive operational efficiencies. Requirements: 2-5+ years of New Product Development and/or Project Management experience, preferably within the Beauty, Personal Care, or CPG industry. 5-10+ years of overall Supply Chain, Product Development, or related experience. Proven ability to manage and deliver multiple NPD programs from concept through commercialization, including formula and packaging development. Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence teams, drive accountability, and resolve conflicts. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; Six Sigma, TPM, or continuous improvement experience is a plus. Working knowledge of FMCG new product development processes, packaging materials, and commercialization requirements. Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and planning tools; Smartsheet experience is a plus. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset. Ability to work in the office two days per week (Tuesday and Wednesday).
