Senior Software Engineer - NVLink Rack Scale Stability and Reliability

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Nvlink Rack Scale Stability And Reliability to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Telecommunications & Hardware environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $152,000 – $287,500 annually Responsibilities Drive platform bringup and feature enablement for NVLink-based rack-scale systems Develop tools and automation for system validation and regression testing Lead reliability and MTBI validation through stress testing and telemetry analysis Triage complex software and platform issues across various environments Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system quality Build SRE-style validation infrastructure for operational readiness Create automation and dashboards to improve operational efficiency Qualifications BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in system software, firmware, networking, or distributed systems Strong programming skills in C/C++ and Python; Bash/Shell scripting is a plus Strong system-level debugging skills across software, firmware, hardware, and networking Solid networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, Ethernet, and InfiniBand Experience with large-scale AI systems and reliability engineering Ability to troubleshoot complex issues using structured methods Benefits Eligible for equity options Comprehensive health benefits 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off and holidays Employee engagement programs Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
