Generative AI Engineer

Title - Generative AI Engineer Location - Plano, TX - Onsite Key Responsibilities • Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using vector databases and knowledge stores. • Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, APIs, and workflows. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions. • Ensure AI systems follow responsible AI, security, and governance standards. • Monitor and improve agent performance, reliability, and cost efficiency in production. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. • Experience in Machine Learning / AI, with practical experience in Generative AI. • Hands-on experience with AI agents / Agentic AI, including: • Designing and deploying LLM-powered agents • Implementing planning, reasoning, and tool-calling workflows • Building single-agent and multi-agent systems • Programming skills in Python and Spark. • Experience with LLM frameworks such as Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or similar agent frameworks. • Solid understanding of Machine Learning, transformers, NLP, deep learning, and model evaluation techniques.
