Come join our team and help us create secure cloud environments that allow even the best companies to move faster, all while having some fun!</p></div><h1>Senior Deal Desk Analyst, Central Europe</h1> <p><strong>Location:</strong> United Kingdom (Remote / Hybrid)</p> <p><strong>Minimum qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>5–7 years of progressive experience in Deal Desk, Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations within a fast-growing B2B enterprise SaaS company.</li> <li>Advanced proficiency with Salesforce CRM and enterprise CPQ systems (such as Salesforce CPQ or DealHub).</li> <li>High expertise with Excel/Google Sheets for financial modeling and deal analysis.</li> <li>Deep understanding of SaaS revenue recognition standards (ASC 606/IFRS 15), complex European multi-year contracting practices, local tax/billing nuances, and enterprise pricing models.</li> <li>Full legal authorization to work in the United Kingdom without requiring sponsorship.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Prior experience supporting enterprise sales teams covering Central Europe (specifically DACH, Benelux, or CEE regions).</li> <li>Strong critical thinking ability to evaluate complex, non-standard terms under pressure, balance risk versus reward, and deliver creative commercial solutions.</li> <li>Exceptional negotiation and communication skills in English, with a track record of building trust with regional Sales Leadership and managing cross-functional alignment across distributed European teams.</li> <li>German language skills.</li> </ul> <p><strong>About the job</strong></p> <p>As a Senior Deal Desk Analyst, you will play a critical role in scaling our regional sales engine, driving revenue velocity, and supporting Wiz’s next phase of hyper-growth across DACH, CEE, and surrounding markets.
