Role and responsibilities We are looking for an SAP GTS Senior Consultant to join our team responsible for application maintenance services for SAP platforms. If you have a strong background in SAP GTS and experience in AMS environments, this opportunity is for you! Key Responsibilities: Manage support and maintenance activities related to SAP GTS processes; Handle tickets, incidents, and service requests ensuring timely resolution; Analyze and implement enhancements and change requests within SAP GTS; Provide functional support and troubleshooting for Global Trade Services processes; Collaborate closely with clients to understand requirements and optimize existing solutions; Required Skills 🛹 4+ years of experience on SAP GTS, preferably within AMS (Application Management Services); Strong knowledge of SAP GTS processes; Experience in handling tickets, evolutive activities, and change requests; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a client-oriented mindset; Excellent English (both written and spoken); Come with us💪 You will have the opportunity to work and get in touch with international players who will allow you to increase your know-how in view of future challenges!
