Overview
Biote Medical is the world leader in hormone optimization and we are adding to our team. We partner with providers to take a complete approach to healthier aging through patient-specific bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and the only nutraceutical line created specifically to support hormone health. This position supports the Las Vegas territory and is a field-based remote role.
You must be located in the Las Vegas area to be considered.
As a District Manager, Responsibilities
Acquire and retain extensive knowledge of hormone replacement therapy through Biote materials and external sources.
Conduct physician, staff and patient training on Biote’s business protocols (marketing, financial, therapy, forms, patient seminars, online resources, etc.).
Read and understand medical and scientific studies; evaluate physicians in assigned areas based on Biote criteria.
Present Biote’s training and business program to physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, office managers and staff.
Recruit suitable physicians and practitioners through prospecting and effective presentation skills.
Cultivate and maintain productive partnerships with practitioners to grow practices and maintain patient retention levels of 60% or better.
Secure required contracts, paperwork, and payments for attendees to participate in training and certification classes.
Conduct monthly patient educational seminars for trained practitioners.
Assist Office Manager/Marketing with email marketing, social media, and website information cards.
Prospect for new leads, identify quality sales prospects, attend marketing and sales events, and manage referrals with new prospects.
Update all relevant sales activities in the CRM; close sales to meet or exceed targets.
Respond to emails timely and perform related duties as required.
