Job Title: User Experience Interaction Designer III Job Location: Hybrid – Washington, DC Role Summary We are seeking an experienced UX Interaction Designer to create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will translate complex business and technical requirements into visually appealing and highly usable designs that enhance overall user engagement and operational efficiency. This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders and a deep understanding of usability, interaction design, and design systems. Scope Of Work & Key Responsibilities • Design intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications aligned with enterprise standards. • Transform wireframes and prototypes into visually engaging and usable designs. • Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to gather insights. • Create personas, journey maps, and task flows to enhance user experience design. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and developers to align design with technical feasibility. • Ensure consistency across applications through design systems and standards. • Facilitate design workshops and user feedback sessions. • Recommend UX improvements based on user behavior, research findings, and analytics. • Support multiple parallel projects ensuring timely delivery of high-quality UX artifacts. Required Skills & Experience • 10+ years of experience in UX/UI design. • Strong experience with tools such as Figma and prototyping platforms. • Deep understanding of usability, interaction design, and information architecture. • Ability to balance UX excellence with business and technical constraints. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
