For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager Search Marketing to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will drive search and content-led growth initiatives that improve visibility, acquisition, and measurable demand. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a regulated financial services environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $140,000 – $155,000 annually
Responsibilities
Own strategy and execution of paid search on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
Manage a $10-30M annual search budget with accountability for performance metrics
Build and maintain keyword and ad group structures
Collaborate on ad copy development and execute A/B testing
Identify efficiencies and advocate for data-driven budget increases
Create measurement frameworks for long conversion cycles
Integrate downfunnel data into search strategies
Stay updated on platform changes and implement actionable strategies
Explore AI tools for campaign optimization
Manage agency relationships and performance expectations
Qualifications
7+ years of hands-on paid search experience
3+ years managing programs with $5M+ annual spend
Demonstrated success in scaling search programs
Deep expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
Experience with complex, multi-touch conversion cycles
Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
Excellent cross-functional communication abilities
