As Senior Manager, DACH Region, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Define and deliver the DACH market strategy</li> <li>Grow and scale a high-performing network of sellers, creators, and partners</li> <li>Lead commercial, operational, and programming initiatives</li> <li>Act as the voice of the DACH region within the global organization</li> <li>Build the systems, metrics, and processes required for scalable growth</li> </ul> <p>This is a role for a high-impact commercial leader with strong analytical capability, deep cross-functional leadership experience, and a passion for the creator and collector economy.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>Own DACH Market Performance &amp; Commercial Strategy</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own full DACH P&amp;L-style metrics: GMV, revenue contribution, seller growth, retention, and margin</li> <li>Develop and execute the strategic plan for DACH, grounded in market mapping, data analysis, seller insights, and category dynamics</li> <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with top sellers, providing strategic support to enhance performance</li> <li>Lead contract negotiation, renewals, and performance planning with key sellers and partners</li> <li>Define and manage seller incentive budgets, optimizing for ROI and strategic outcomes</li> <li>Manage and develop the DACH commercial team; act as a player-coach operating across all levels</li> </ul> <p><strong>Build &amp; Scale the DACH Seller and Creator Ecosystem</strong></p> <ul> <li>Identify, attract, onboard, and scale high-potential sellers, breakers, and creators</li> <li>Deliver consultative, data-backed coaching to top sellers to improve performance, engagement, and operational excellence</li> <li>Partner with marketing, creators, influencers, agencies, and communities to grow reach and strengthen the ecosystem</li> <li>Build long-term relationships with category-defining partners</li> </ul> <p><strong>Drive Cross-Functional Growth</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with Marketing on the global calendar, ensuring strong execution of key campaigns (e.g., Topps NFL/NBA releases, Black Friday)</li> <li>Partner with the broader Fanatics ecosystem (Topps, Commerce, partners) to unlock strategic opportunities beyond Live (e.g., WWE, UFC, athlete integrations)</li> <li>Lead cross-functional initiatives addressing structural growth drivers (category expansion, operational improvements, product gaps, process enhancements)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Lead Market-Level Programming &amp; Execution</strong></p> <ul> <li>Adapt global campaigns to DACH audiences and develop locally relevant programming</li> <li>Lead execution of tentpole events, product releases, partnerships, and community activations</li> <li>Ensure high-quality execution across all shows, partnerships, and events (online and offline)</li> <li>Support logistics for offline events and fairs in partnership with sellers</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <p><strong>Experience &amp; Background</strong></p> <ul> <li>7+ years in strategy, commercial leadership, marketplace operations, partnerships, category management, or a fast-paced tech environment</li> <li>Proven track record of owning and delivering commercial outcomes</li> <li>Strong experience within the DACH market, with deep understanding of local dynamics, consumer behavior, and commercial landscape</li> <li>Experience building and scaling partner ecosystems or seller networks</li> <li>Experience in high-growth, cross-functional environments</li> <li>Experience managing and developing teams (direct or dotted-line)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills &amp; Competencies</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strategic operator: able to define strategy and execute hands-on</li> <li>Highly analytical: strong with data, dashboards, and metrics</li> <li>Commercially sharp: understands incentives, portfolio management, and growth drivers</li> <li>Exceptional communicator: clear, structured, and persuasive</li> <li>Strong relationship builder: trusted partner to external and internal stakeholders</li> <li>Operationally rigorous: builds scalable processes and drives accountability</li> <li>Player-coach mindset: leads from the front</li> <li>Bias for action: thrives in ambiguity and moves quickly</li> <li>Fluency in German and English (written
