Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Specialist based in Washington, DC. The Real Estate Specialist will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, meeting with clients to understand their needs, conducting market research, and managing transactions. The role also includes providing exceptional customer service, cultivating client relationships, and staying informed on real estate trends and property values in the local market. Qualifications • Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Estate Development, with a solid understanding of market trends and property valuation • Strong background in Sales and Real Property transactions, including negotiation and closing techniques • Commitment to delivering exceptional Customer Service and maintaining positive client relationships • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with excellent organizational and time-management skills • Valid real estate license required • Experience in the Washington, DC real estate market is a plus • Proficiency with real estate software and CRM tools is a bonus
