Wir betreuen hochwertige Büroimmobilien in München.
Wir organisieren und koordinieren alle technischen Themen die rund um den Betrieb dieser Gebäude entstehen.
Aufgaben
Wir suchen motivierte Mitarbeiter:innen, die die technische Betreuung der uns anvertrauten Immobilien umfassend und engagiert übernehmen.
Eine sehr gute Kommunikation mit unseren Auftraggebern ist sehr wichtig.
Qualifikation
Technische Ausbildung z. Bsp. als:
- Elektriker
- Installateur
- technischer Zeichner
Sehr gute EDV Kenntnisse sind wichtig.
