Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager, based in Italy. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales operations in the designated region, develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, and build and maintain relationships with clients. Key functions involve identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also includes preparing sales reports, monitoring market trends, and attending industry events or trade shows to represent the company.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, business development, and account management
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Capability in market analysis, identifying business opportunities, and deriving sales strategies
Proficiency in preparing detailed sales reports and presenting findings to leadership
Knowledge of power distribution systems or technical aptitude in medium voltage solutions is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
Ability to work with Asian team and willingness to travel to China/Taiwan as needed
Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
