Description
Driving scalable growth across a global digital ecosystem, the full-time remote SEO Manager will strengthen the organic search foundation by aligning technical SEO, content, and AI-driven insights while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Architect and maintain a global SEO foundation across 60+ country websites to ensure high-performance indexing and clean site architecture Lead AI and search innovation by developing AEO and GEO strategies and partnering with the Paid Search team for a unified search approach Cultivate an internal SEO culture by building organic dashboards, championing search best practices, and mentoring team members Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) within a large B2B organization managing complex, multi-site ecosystems Strong knowledge of technical SEO, site architecture, and enterprise SEO platforms such as BrightEdge and SEMRush Proven ability to translate search and behavioral data into actionable content strategies while adapting to evolving AI trends A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
