The Listing Agent will be responsible for managing property listings(rentals and sales), conducting market evaluations, and assisting clients in renting and selling their properties. Key responsibilities include preparing and marketing property listings, coordinating staging and showings, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a seamless transaction process. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for sellers, offering guidance and expertise throughout the sales process to achieve the best possible outcomes. Qualifications • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and trends. • Proven sales and client relationship management skills. • Proficiency with property listing platforms and marketing tools. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple clients and properties simultaneously. • Active real estate license in the state of Virginia. • Familiarity with relevant real estate laws and practices is preferred. • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and real estate CRM software is a plus. • Works well with the team.
