Operate with high autonomy as a systems-level partner to leadership, building a core function from the ground up. What You Will Do Design and own the core Product Operations frameworks, including user acceptance testing and data migration testing systems. Lead investigations into complex, ambiguous issues spanning multiple teams to identify and solve systemic root causes. Partner with Engineering to refine incident response protocols and validate product readiness for major enterprise releases. The ideal candidate 4-10 years of experience in product operations, business operations, or strategy at a high-growth technology company. Proven ability to think in systems rather than tickets, creating durable mechanisms that scale across an organization.
