What You Will Do Own the end-to-end strategy for tokenization products, making critical design calls on settlement models, reconciliation flows, and API specifications. Drive customer discovery by conducting deep-dive sessions with target banks and fintechs to validate product assumptions and ensure implementation readiness. Partner closely with engineering to translate banking operations like Reg CC holds and float management into robust on-chain logic and adapter interfaces. The ideal candidate 5+ years of product experience at a commercial bank or core banking vendor such as Fiserv, FIS, Jack Henry, or Temenos. Deep technical knowledge of US deposit regulations and payment rails including ACH, Fedwire, RTP, FedNow, and SWIFT settlement practices.
